Dinner Time: Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Dinner was a heart-healthier version of this recipe! Wheat pasta and instead of heavy cream/butter I used some 1/3 fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese I needed to use up and a sploosh of skim milk. A little more veggies too, because more veggies = yay. Carrots are a really good way to sweeten up a red sauce without using straight up sugar. And carrots are good for you!
